Welcome to the Office of Minority and Business Enterprise (OMWBE) web site.

The Office of Minority and Women Business Enterprise was established in November, 2001. Our mission is to increase the opportunity for minority and women owned firms to sell their products and services to the State of Delaware. The question I ask of all the businesses is what’s your competitive advantage? What do you feel your company does better than any other company? Quality? Speed? Technology? My office’s competitive advantage is the ability to research and identify business opportunities. That’s the service I offer all businesses interested in doing business in the State of Delaware. Please utilize my office and the web site. I also encourage you to provide feedback for areas of improvement, barriers and successes. Lastly, technology plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of any organization.
